Section titled “What to notice”sky:takes the style spec’s own properties, spelled the spec’s way: three colors (sky-color,horizon-color,fog-color) and three 0–1 blends. Each also accepts a zoom expression.- The values are upstream’s initial picker settings: deliberately loud, so you can see where each color applies. Fog only shows over 3D terrain.
- Upstream’s live color pickers call
setSkyfrom page script. That interactivity is page JavaScript; the look is YAML, and it exports to the style.jsonskyunchanged. sky:needs maplibre-gl 4.5.0 or later; an older runtime warns once and renders without it.
