Presentation metadata for state keys.

The library owns the parameter’s shape — type, range, label — and the host owns how it is presented. Nothing here reaches the compiled style.

There is deliberately no default here: the value lives in StateSchema, where the style spec puts it. Carrying it in both places would be two spellings of one fact with no rule about which wins.
